Shoppers in Colchester now have a brand new Co-op supermarket thanks to Hutton.

We have now completed the first and second phases of the prestigious new £10m retail development in Colchester’s Peartree Road on behalf of the East of England Co-operative Society.

Work on the three acre site began in February 2006 and has so far involved the demolition of the existing Fiveways Co-op food store and the building of a state-of-the-art new Co-op food store and car park.
