Hutton Construction is playing a key role in the regeneration of North Colchester. A team from Hutton is working on behalf of London-based developer the Easter Group to construct high quality industrial units at the Cuckoo Farm site.



The £5.3m development will lead to the creation of hundreds of new jobs for the town.



Work to prepare the three acre site, has recently begun. Hutton are constructing 10 separate warehouse and office work units which are scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2008.
