Fit-out of an existing retail unit located at Meols Cop Retail Park in Southport. This was a 5 week project and comprised the strip out of the existing unit, construction of new sales floor walls, warehouses and staff facilities including internal decorations, new floor coverings and new fixtures. Works included the installation of a new auto door entrance lobby area, M&E installations and strengthening works to the existing mezzanine floor.
