ESFRS Newhaven Completion
We are pleased to share the completion of the new Engineering Workshop facility for East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service at the former Fort Road Fire Station in Newhaven. Following partial demolition of the existing buildings, the project included the construction of new modernised engineering workshops together with the full refurbishment of office, welfare and storage facilities. Works also included new mechanical and electrical installations, renewable energy solutions, external drainage, lighting, landscaping and parking improvements to create a modern and efficient operational hub for the ESFRS Engineering Team and Blue Light partners.
A fantastic transformation of a redundant site, into a future-focused facility supporting frontline emergency services.
