We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage exciting and varied projects across our operating regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all site-based construction activities
- Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered on time and to specification
- Monitor site progress, programme delivery, and report regularly to the project team
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams as needed
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance in line with contract requirements
- Work closely with Contracts Manager and Surveyor on procurement and cost tracking
- Liaise professionally with clients, residents, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Lead handover and snagging processes, including completion of all documentation and certification
- Carry out additional tasks as necessary to support project delivery and company objectives
Essential Requirements:
- CSCS Black Card (Management level)
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid at Work certification
- Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally within a main contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of construction projects across our portfolio. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will help coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure that quality, safety, and performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager with site mobilisation and set-up
- be able to manage smaller projects independently
- Help coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors on site
- Monitor progress against programmes and assist with planning schedules
- Carry out quality checks and support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan
- Maintain accurate records and site administration
- Assist with site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
- Liaise with the Site Manager, Contracts Manager, clients, and design teams

We are looking for an experienced Bid Writer who has a proven track record of creating tailored, high-quality content for our SQ and tender submissions.

Responsibilities
– Conduct research and gather information on assigned topics
– Write clear, concise, and compelling content for SQ, Tender submissions, blog posts, social media, and other marketing materials
– Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies and brainstorm new ideas
– Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in writing
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Writer or similar role
– Excellent command of the English language with strong grammar and spelling skills

Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail- orientated Post Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands on experience in the quantity surveying field while working alongside senior professionals. You will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed and within budget and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and assist, in conjunction with management, turnover, profit, preliminaries and plant budgets and cash flow forecasts and update all these forecasts continually
- Study and check all contract documents and familiarise himself with drawings, estimating data, programme and construction methods envisaged
- Identify variations and ensure, with site and contracts management, that all confirmations of variations and all notices required by the conditions of contract are made.
- Prepare, where necessary, formal claims, after consultation with the Senior Surveyor and Management.
- Ensure that adequate records are maintained to provide the necessary historical information on matters relating to the contract
- Consult with management and correspond with sub-contractors on matters concerning measurement, valuation, day works, variations, increased costs, and other financial and contractual matters
- Maintain a knowledge of changes in contractual and surveying matters
We are looking for a graduate with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
