Our Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) meets the required technical standard under PPN 06/21.
Hutton is firmly dedicated to quantifying its carbon footprint and putting into action a practical CRP, that is reviewed annually. Our CRP aims to reduce emissions, establish clear targets, and contribute to the global effort to combat climate change, aligning with the latest carbon regulations in accordance with the UK government’s goal of achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 at the latest.
We have appointed, and are working together with, 5D Net Zero, a leading carbon management consultancy, that provides our carbon management and independent verification services compliant with the latest legislation and highest industry standards. 5D is one of the first companies in the UK to achieve ISO 14065:2020 compliance for validating and verifying greenhouse gas and environmental information.
Our Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions are measured in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Corporate Reporting and Accounting Standard to ensure accurate reporting.
