What was our role?

Design and construction of health and safety improvements involving building, engineering services and specialist conveyor and ash handling works to existing incinerator facilities. Works included to clinically clean and remove the existing conveyor and replace with new, upgrade the de-ashing system, replace the extraction system for the incinerators and the de-ashing operation.

Phase 2 consisted of the provision of a new goods hoist lift for gas cylinder and equipment transfer, including the provision of a new Fly Ash House and personnel link access to the sampling room areas.

All works were delivered in a live working hospital environment.
