Hutton has the skills, knowledge and expertise to help any Client with the necessary guidance and support required should RAAC be identified as being present in their buildings.

Where RAAC can remain in place but requires reinforcing with additional support, Hutton is fully conversant with the specialist techniques required to provide a permanent support structure and the replacement of all finishes disturbed, so that the building can be safely used going forward.
Where existing buildings may need to be replaced, Hutton is also very experienced in the use of safe demolition techniques and the construction of new buildings.

We also work with specialist design consultants to provide a full design and build service if required.
